The Intermission

Not the end of the show. The interval before the next act.

An evening ritual for perimenopause, built from what the evidence actually supports — and honest about what it can and can't promise.

Built from what the research actually says.

Most of this category is a dozen herbs at doses no study ever used. We started somewhere else: nutrients your body already relies on to make its own hormones, in the forms and doses real studies used.

Two ingredients, both dosed the way the research tested them, both listed here in full — nothing hidden behind a "proprietary blend."

We review the formula against new evidence every year. If something stops holding up, we say so and change it.

Not everything calls for the strongest tool available. For some, that's real medical care, and that's exactly right. For the rest of it — the everyday disruption — this is built to meet you there, gently, honestly.

It isn't only fear driving this.

Every woman's experience is different. Some barely notice the shift; others feel it fully. Stress can turn a flash up, and calm can turn it down — but research shows even happiness and relaxation can trigger one. That's not a flaw in your reaction. It's a sign of a body coming fully back online, not one failing.

Movement, rest, and calm genuinely shape how this chapter feels — not because they erase it, but because they change how much room it takes up in your day.

This won't replace medical care where you need it. What it can do is meet you in the part evidence actually reaches: the nutrients your body uses, taken honestly, at doses that match the research.

Your body isn't failing you. It's rewiring — toward your focus, your goals, your own pleasure, for once. The flash isn't the fire going out. It's the spark before the next act.

What's inside, and why

Magnesium glycinate
300mg, evening
One of the minerals your body relies on to help produce progesterone and estrogen, and to ease the nervous system into sleep. We use the glycinate form specifically because it's better absorbed and gentler on digestion than cheaper forms.
Vitamin B6 (P5P)
50mg, evening
Supports a healthy corpus luteum and steadier progesterone production, and has real evidence behind easing mood swings. We use the active P5P form, and we stay within the dose range studies actually used.
